The Gladbrook Auxiliary had another successful session of sewing carpet materials for the the IVH rug looms. We met on Thursday and Friday, Sept 3 and 4th with four machines humming, volunteers snipping and rolling to make over 30 finished balls. Those helping were (Frt)Joyce Bern, Jolene Denbow, Katie Grimmius, Louise Ulch and Jane Frericks. Back: Dennis Barnes, Cathy Barnes and Marilyn Carstensen. Dick Denbow and Pat Clausen also helped and want to thank Martha Gamble who added 7 balls to our pile. We hope to collect more denim materials for our spring session, so please donate them to us.
