The Gladbrook High School Class of 1965 held their fifty year reunion at the Union Grove Lake Youth Center on Saturday, June 27. Social time started at 4 p.m. with a delicious dinner catered by Linda Schneider at 6:30 p.m. A surprise visitor “the old lady” dropped in during social time and shared some of the things that have happened to her as she has gotten older. Most of us could relate. She ended by singing her theme song “Some of My Favorite Things”. Following dinner we played Class Trivia. A letter from Randy McMahill, a former classmate, was read. Books were passed out to each classmate. Class members attending were: Mark and Marty Kogle, Puyailup, Washington; Ryan Tessau.
