Tama County District Court Before Judge Ian K. Thornhill in Tama County District Court in Toledo: Cheyenne Adrian Tyon, 40, Toledo, was sentenced to five years in prison and fined $3,125 on Oct. 30. He pleaded guilty to 3rd offense drunken driving on Aug. 28. His driver’s license was revoked for six years. A delay until Dec. 8 was ordered for the prison time to begin. Tyon was charged on June 28, 2013, in the Broadway – Hugh – State streets area in Toledo by Toledo Police Officer Brian Randall. Terry Lee Schoenhutt II, 30, Toledo, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for 60 days already served and was directed to pay up to $60 daily sheriff’s jail fees. He was also fined $625. A second driving while barred charge was dismissed. Schoenhutt was charged on Oct. 2, 2013, in the 1700 block of East 5th Street, Tama, by Toledo Police Officer Andrea Young. Rhonda Sue Rivas, 28, Tama, pleaded guilty to one count of child endangerment. She received a deferred judgment, was assessed a $625 civil penalty and was placed on self-supervised probation. Rivals must pay a $300 probation enrollment fee. Six other counts of child endangerment were dismissed. Rivas was charged on Dec. 22, 2013, at a residence in the 200 block of West Village Road with possession of marijuana and six counts of child endangerment. The charges were field by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police Officer Jacob Molitor.
