The GMG auditorium was filled with song and dance last weekend

GMG presented it’s spring musical Friday and Saturday. The musical was titled “Help! I’m Trapped in a Musical!”

The production was directed by Alan and Sheryl Mullikin and Tiya Montano. Choreography was done by Sydni Gale.

The musical is about a transfer student Norma, played by Kaci Krier, who has trouble getting accustomed to the school’s unusual traditions. Students and teachers break into song for no apparent reason. Each song they sing sounds almost like a Broadway musical.

The cast included Kaci Krier as Norma, Taylor Tremaine as Jenny, Choleo Cornwell as Andrea Webber, Jenna Humphrey as Patti, Sydni Gale as Ethel, Chloe Wickam as Audra, Angel Schewe as Chita, Braylee Kimberley as Bette, Ana Price as Liza, Caiden Collins as Harvey, Noah Teske as Hunter, Jacob Cornwell as Mandy, Jessica Johnson as Sutton, Emma Williams as Idina, Alice Hunt as Kristin, Dawn Anderson as Francine, Jenna Humphrey as Ms. Hart, Sydni Gale as Ms. Wise, Chloe Wickam as Ms. Lovett, Caiden Collins as Norma’s Dad, Ana Price as Mama #1, Braylee Kimberley as Mama #2 and Owen Bovenmyer, Lillian Bru and Tiya Montano as AV Club members. Liam Fitzsimmons ran the spotlight and Joaquin Fitzsimmons did computer and music.
