Now’s the time to SAVE THE DATE for Reinbeck’s annual Miracle on Main celebration – November 10 will be here before we know it! Main Street and beyond will be filled with fun activities for attendees of all ages. We’re excited to bring back some of the all-time favorite events at Miracle as well as adding a few new surprises along the way!

Santa will ride towards Main Street on his local transportation – a festive golf cart – and be ready to see everyone from 5-8 in the Legion Room at the Memorial Building..aka KID CENTRAL! Childrens’ Storytime will happen just prior to Santa’s arrival at the Fire Station, and while you’re waiting for your turn to visit Santa, crafts, a lego station and cookie decorating will keep all the excited hands and hearts occupied. Parents, don’t forget to BYOC – bring your own camera (or phone) to snap photos of your sweeties with Santa!

Familiar events back this year include trolley rides on Main Street (6-8), the LSB Tree Walk including the Memory Tree, a craft and vendor fair, open houses at many local businesses and music by Kylie Jean and Ally. 5th-8th graders will again be treated to a beanbag tournament hosted at Cooley Sanitation and a dance/fun night at G-R Elementary.

Keep fed and warm while you enjoy Miracle on Main with the soup supper hosted by the UCC Church and sponsored by LSB, as well as hot chocolate at the fire station and full food and beverage offerings from Reinbeck’s eateries. Try your luck and see adorable animals when you stop by Reindeer Bingo on Main Street as well!

Elves will be jovially roaming the streets and asking for sELFies again this year, be sure to nab a photo with each one! There are also rumors of a Snapchat filter just for the occasion…

Along with the elves, Santa and Mrs. Claus, two more VERY special “characters” will be joining us! More info on that next week as well as a new treasure hunt-themed, social media-inspired activity called the Miracle Drop…stay tuned!
