On April 23rd, the GMG track boys traveled to Gilbert, Iowa. They participated in the Bengal Relays. GMG landed in 5th place in the 2 class B division. In the field events, Lansana Mohr placed 5th in the long jump finals, in heat 2. In the 100M dash, Greyson Fraser landed 3rd place. Greyson also earned 3rd place in the 200M dash. In the 400M dash, Blane Anderson placed 5th. In the 110 M Hurdles, we had a first place winner, and that kid was Austin Groth! In the 1600M Run, Will Smith earned 4th place, and in the 3200M Run, Will earned 6th place also! In the 4×100 Relay, we earned 4th place. Brock Fisher, Austin Groth, Blane Anderson and Greyson Fraser were the runners. In the 4×200, GMG landed 6th, the runners include, Brandon Weitzell, Ethan Ridout, Noah Sheidel and Alec Bovenmyer. In the 4×400 Relay, we placed 6th, with the runners of Lansana Mohr, Matt Smith, Logan Burt and Josh Raymond. In the 4×800 Relay, our spot was 5th, with Tyler Krull, Josh Raymond, Logan Burt and Matt Smith. Finally, in the 1600M Distance Medley, we earned 5th place, our runners were Lansana Mohr, Blane Anderson, Brock Fisher, and Tyler Krull. Way to run GMG!!!
