Hunt & Associates, P.C. Certified Public Accountants, have released an audit report on Gladbrook-Reinbeck Community School District in Reinbeck, Iowa

The District’s revenues totaled $7,789,674 for the year ended June 30, 2013, a 1.7 percent decrease from the prior year. Revenues included $3,665,973 in local tax, charges for services of $510,781, operating grants, contributions and restricted interest of $1,028,994, unrestricted interest of $26,512 and other general revenues of $2,557,414.

Expenses for District operations totaled $7,859,073, a 2.9 increase from the prior year. Expenses included $4,757,397 for instructional services, $672,422 for operation and maintenance of plant services, and $653,832 for adminstration services.
