The GMG Jazz Band performed at the Iowa High School Music Association Jazz Festival held at Marshalltown on Monday, January 21. The group received a I rating from all three judges and received many fine comments. The Jazz Band is directed by Mr. Dan Lastovka. They will soon be competing at Coe College and at Hudson in the North-East Iowa Band Contest.
