Grundy County Auditor Rhonda R. Deters informs voters that the pre-registration deadline for the June 7, 2016, Primary Election is May 27 at 5:00 P.M. For those that would like to vote by absentee ballot, the Grundy County Auditor’s Office will be open on Saturday, June 4, from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.

In addition, you may vote by absentee ballot during regular business hours (8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.) Monday through Friday up to June 6, the day before the election.

With appropriate identification, an eligible elector may register to vote and vote on June 7 (Primary Election Day) in the precinct where the person lives. Be prepared that this process will take some additional time to complete.
