The Grundy Center Chamber of Commerce, sponsored in part by donations from Gertrude Moore Craig and Family Foods, and with the help of local gardeners Marilyn Bonnett, Rosanne Girres, Cindy Hilsabeck, June Morrison, and John Schuller, planted a variety of flowers in the planters along G Avenue Monday (May 21) evening. New this year, the Chamber also purchased a dozen metal benches, which were assembled by the Grundy Center High School Industrial Arts class.
